Job Description
We are a professional office of Chartered Professional Accountants with seven staff located in North York. We are looking for a secretary/receptionist. The applicant must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. We are looking for someone with a good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with clients. The applicant must also be able to deal with deadlines and the seasonal pressures of an accounting office. The job responsibilities include
- preparing corporate year end and income tax packages for our clients
- preparing correspondence with clients
- filing and copying
- scanning documents
- answering the phone and greeting clients
- paying bills and managing our office supply needs
- issuing invoices and entering accounts receivable
- occasional bookkeeping jobs

Experience
You must have experience working in an office environment and dealing with clients.
