Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Allied Digital Services Ltd. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage the front desk area.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
3. Maintain security protocols and ensure visitors sign in and out.
4. Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
5. Manage incoming emails and route them to the appropriate departments.
6. Schedule appointments and assist in planning meetings.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
8. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (any domain); additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
