Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients.

• Answer calls and handle inquiries.

• Maintain records, files, and office supplies.

• Coordinate schedules and meetings.

• Support administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in receptionist or admin roles preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.

• Professional demeanor and multitasking ability.
