Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
