Job Description
Required Education : B.Com/ M.Com with min 3 to 4 Years Experience as Receptionist Profile in Manufacturing Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
Staff and Workers daily Attendance Management
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings or customer inquiries.
Ensure security protocols for guests and staff are followed, including visitor logs and ID verification.
Provide general information to visitors and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
