Receptionist|Administrator
We are looking for a full time time receptionist/administrator to join the friendly team at our West Auckland Hand Therapy clinics. Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate. The position will be based between our Henderson and Hobsonville Road clinics but may include cover at other clinics as required. The hours are variable but will include some coverage of late nights.
Key Responsibilities
General reception tasks and duties including
Greeting patients
Making and confirming patient appointments
Dealing with patient enquiries by phone, email and in person
Dealing with enquiries from other health professionals
Data entry and managing patient database administration
Scanning documentation and filing
Deal with payments and invoicing
Stock ordering
An ideal candidate will have
Previous experience in administration with familiarity using medical practice software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A warm and professional phone manner
A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
Excellent organisational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills
