Receptionist/Customer Care Representative - Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services
Location: 340 Midpark Way SE Suite 320 Calgary AB
Type: Full Time – Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & "wow factor" service.
Direct all incoming calls appropriately to our Sales or Customer Success Departments.
Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned.
Perform daily office maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned.
Complete daily lead generation activities.
This role requires both warm and cold calling, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with and excel at- lead generation activities.
Requirements:
1 year experience in reception/administrative work (required)
General Level 1 Insurance License -(preferred/ability to attain)
Cold Call experience (preferred)
Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
Diligent and hardworking
Proactive in problem solving
