Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain and manage the front desk area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering materials when necessary.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date visitor log and employee contact list.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and callers.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Monitor the office’s entry points to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Intermediate or equivalent to graduation (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary: Up to 15k depending on the interview.
