Job Title : Receptionist/Front Desk Executive

Location : Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Responsibilities :
• Manage all responsibilities of the front desk and receptionist role.
• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Arrange travel, and accommodation and prepare vouchers.
• Handle any additional work as assigned by the reporting manager HR/Admin.

Qualifications :
• Any Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Customer service attitude
