Description

One of our SME clients is looking for a strong Office Administrator | Receptionist | Office All Rounder to take on the daily running of the Office. This role will be very dynamic with multiple tasks thrown their way. The successful candidates will have outstanding prioritising skills and have excellent written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple inboxes and respond to emails promptly.
Answer telephone calls and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients and customers.
Process and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and dispatch course materials, as well as print and prepare participant and facilitator manuals.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the kitchen and tea room.
Support the setup of training rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Liaise with cleaning contractors and monitor stock levels for office supplies.
Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and implementing ideas within your area of responsibility.

Selection Criteria:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive "can-do" attitude with flexibility and reliability.

Desirable:

Experience with VETtrak student records database and Goldmine contact database software.
Experience in the training industry.
