Receptionist/Office Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our growing team at Montirex, an outdoor sports performance brand based in Liverpool. You will work at the Speke HQ on a full-time permanent basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Meet & Greet visitors to HQ.
• General office duties.
• Arranging Travel for the wider team.
• Inventory checks on general office supplies.
• Supporting Directors.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Providing refreshments for key meetings.
• Management of incoming and outgoing post.
• Management of cleaning services.
• Assist with processing company expenses.
• Ensuring showrooms and offices are always presentable.

• Specific experience in HQ fulfilling similar duties.

Salary/Package
• Full-time, Permanent.
• 100% in office.
