Key Responsibilities :
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate destinations.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and clients.
Job Requirements :
Proficient in computer operating, MS Office, front desk, hospital administration, hospital, OPD, Foa, guest relations, billing, receptionist activities, front office, hospitality, and hospital.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry practices is a plus.
