A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for a company or organization, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Managing appointments and maintaining schedules.
• Handling mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.
• Providing basic administrative support, such as data entry and document preparation.
