Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, career-minded individual to support our company as a Receptionist/Office Coordinator.
This position is full-time, on-site in our Valley View, Ohio office.
This role is vital to our company’s culture and success. You are often the first voice and face of our company—whether by phone, email, or in person—so you set the tone for the experience others have with us. Whether you’re welcoming a building visitor, juggling multiple phone lines, or managing several tasks at the same time, you still maintain your innate ability to make others feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Our ideal candidate is someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a calm, can-do attitude to even the busiest moments. They thrive on creating great first impressions, love connecting with people, understand that even the small moments are big opportunities to represent a company, and can handle both the chaos and the routine with grace and good humor.
Additionally, you will be exposed to different facets of our company in this role as you assist us with various administrative/data entry-type tasks that support our different departments. Because we know that this—and everything we already described above is more than one person can effectively handle on their own—a second Receptionist/Office Coordinator will work alongside you, splitting their time in a similar fashion.
The bottom line: if you are a cheerful and dynamic individual who is looking for a role that allows you to make a direct impact on your company, this role could be a great fit for you. In addition, as we are intentional about promoting our employees from within our organization, we encourage candidates with management aspirations that are looking for a long-term role to grow within a company to apply for this position.
