Receptionist duties and responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments for patients
Processing insurance claims and invoices
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Qualifications:
Motivated - Positive attitude and problem solver
Verbal and written communication skills - Able to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
Organizational skills - keep accurate records and find important information quickly
Multi-tasker - someone who can keep things organized and running smoothly in the office
Time management skills - prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
Patience and listening skills - to respond appropriate and interact positively with customers
Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
Bilingual - As part of a multicultural community, the ability to speak a second language is an asset (Spanish, French, Cantonese, Mandarin etc.)
We are looking for someone who has some receptionist experience but are also willing to train. We want someone who is outgoing and friendly, who is comfortable talking on the phone with patients and is pleasant to be around. Looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, patient and multi-tasker who is calm under pressure.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
