About The Role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist/Showroom Consultant to join our team. The Receptionist/Showroom Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, as well as performing various administrative tasks to support the office. In addition, the candidate will provide assistance to clients who visit our showroom, offering advice and recommendations on our products.
Working Time: Tuesday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Saturday +:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
4. Maintain office supplies and order as needed
5. Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
6. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
7. Provide advice and recommendations to clients who visit our showroom
8. Maintain a neat and organized showroom display
+. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Have great passion for Interior Design!
