Job Description
An Academic admin or receptionist helps people make realistic choices about their education, training and work by providing the right advice, information and guidance. We are looking for such dynamic and vibrant candidates who can make people decide on their choices of education and gift them with the best education choice.
· Handle Telephonic queries and document the details.
· Converting inquiries into admissions.
· Create admission records andmaintains the same with convert the leads to meet and exceed targets.
· Ensure Process compliance and timely reporting.
· Performing counselling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
· Complete daily Outbound calls quota & talk time through allocated leads.
· Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
· One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.
· Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.
Timing : 10am to 8pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
