Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Duties

Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Organizing client documents and notes in CRM.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Excellent proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems to manage daily operations efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage files and records accurately.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including excel is an asset.
Basic individual insurance and investment knowledge is an asset.
