What will you do
● End to end processing of Daily PG Settlement
● End to end PG reconciliation
● Closely working with internal departments to resolve settlement and reconciliation related issues.
● Handling Bank Audits related to Nodal accounts.
● Working closely with other teams, such as Customer Support, to better address settlement related inquiries of end-users
● Handling calls with banks, payment partners whenever required.
● Knowledge in payment gateway will added as an advantage
● Processing of refund requests
Required Skills
● Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, commerce, finance, or related discipline
● Exp in settlement and PG reconciliation
● Basic understanding about the PG transactions and various statuses.
● Good knowledge in excel and preparation of reports.
● Exp in handling Bank Audits would be an added advantage
● Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Hindi would be an added advantage
● Flexibility to work on all shifts
● Good analytical skills (MS office- Excel, word, Presentation)
● Results and Time Focused: You can prioritize, organize, and make sure activities are getting completed on time basis with best results
● Passionate and Dynamic: - You are ambitious towards challenges and have strong passion on learning new things are getting update yourself
