About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Records Officer, Client Services. As part of the Workforce and Prison Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant, efficient, and client-focused delivery of prison records across our facility.
The role involves direct contact with people in our care, staff, and visitors to the centre. You will liaise with stakeholders across the facility, including staff, clients, and people in custody. Your exceptional customer service skills will enable you to engage confidently with these groups.
In this role, you will assist the Supervisor, Client Services in improving prison services to support custodial operations at Western Plains Correctional Centre. You will ensure all processes are compliant with legislative and organisational requirements.
You will have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to design electronic tools that improve process efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and minimize duplication. Knowledge and experience with E-Justice and PIMS systems would be an advantage.
