Job Role To support the local Collections team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools. To liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders. Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time. Should have good knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, DRT and SARFAESI Proceedings & other legal activities. To work with team in controlling the NPA's of the Branch. To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
