This will be a full-time contract ending December 2026 position based in the Parramatta Office with flexibility to work from home.
This role will provide high quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment. This role will work closely with the case manager for the first 14 weeks of the claim; supporting the worker and employer to resolve workplace conflict, access suitable treatment and facilitate sustainable return to work outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
Resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your mediation and communication skills with the relevant stakeholders
Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the workers timely recovery and return to work
Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives with workers, employers and treatment providers
Work effectively with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management
Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, over the phone and face to face
About You
Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions or conflict resolution
Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
