This will be a full-time contract ending December 2026 position based in the Parramatta with flexibility to work from home.
This role will provide high quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged workplace conflict. This role will work closely with the case manager for the first 14 weeks of the claim; supporting access to treatment, resolution of workplace conflict, and facilitation of return to work.
Your Responsibilities
Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the workers timely recovery and return to work
Resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your conflict resolution or mediation skills with the relevant stakeholders
Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives
Work effectively with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management
Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, over the phone and face to face
About You
Experience, in facilitating workplace discussions or conflict resolution
Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
