THE JOB: Recreation Coordinator, Full-Time
Are you passionate about creating fun, engaging and meaningful experiences for our guests and members? We’re looking for a Recreation Coordinator to join our team and bring energy, creativity, and organization to our recreation programs!
What You’ll Do:
Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for all ages.
Develop and execute events, classes, and seasonal programs.
Manage schedules, registrations, and program logistics.
Collaborate with team members, vendors and community partners.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for participants.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for guest/member engagement.
Experience in recreation, event planning, or related fields (preferred).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work outside in high temperatures.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.
