We are on the lookout for a passionate individual to become a valued member of our thriving Recreation Therapy Department at Three Links Manor. Here, we prioritize creating a supportive and engaging environment for our residents, and we need a dedicated team member to help us achieve this goal.
Your Role:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker | Bus Driver, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, taking charge of implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program. Your responsibilities will include leading individual and group leisure/recreation therapy programs, organizing various activities such as arts, socio-cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, and gardening. You will also conduct resident programs outside the facility, ensuring residents have everything they need for a memorable outing. In addition, you'll lead one-to-one sessions, groups, and large special events, adapting programs to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Work Schedule:
This is a permanent part time (0.80FTE) position working rotating day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00.

Grade 12
Completion of a recognized recreation course(s) plus two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid class 4 vehicle license required.
