Job Location : ALWARPET, CHENNAI
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have relevant experience in end to end recruitment within the company. We are seeking individual contributors who are capable of meeting high deadlines.
Job description:
·Understanding requirement of organization and customize the search accordingly.
·Develop and execute recruiting plans
·Sourcing through industry contacts, Job portal (Naukri, Monster),employees referral and head hunting, Scrutinizing & Short Listing Resumes
·Conduct preliminary tests and Initial HR rounds for the candidates
·Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews take care of the entire selection procedure in close coordination with different team Heads
·Salary negotiation
·Follow up with interviewers on commencement formalities.
·To build and maintain database of junior/Middle/Senior level Professionals
·Conducting Campus drives and participating in Job fairs in order to gather the Talent pool.
