Salary range - 15-20 k per month .
Responsibilities:
The candidate should possess the following experience :
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements Experience with job portals like Monster, Naukri.com etc
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
