As Recruiter you are responsible for prospecting, attracting and recruiting the best talent for Mashreq-Bangalore.
Responsibilities
• Work with the HR team & Line Managers to curate role mandates and job descriptions.
• Source candidates from various social media channels
• Conduct HR interviews to ensure candidates align with the purpose, vision and culture of Mashreq.
• Co-ordinate Interviews and provide timely feedback
• Stakeholder Management
• Ensure shortlisted candidates join the organization
• Co-ordinate BGV process, re-location etc.
• Weekly/monthly hiring updates with business
Qualifications
• 5 - 7 years of experience in end to end recruitment (IT Recruitment)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the full life cycle of recruitment, onboarding and background verification
