Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter (BPO) for our client located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with search and selection services. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, and managing the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a database of candidates and ensuring timely and accurate completion of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
