We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the HR team at NIRA, this role will report into the HR Head and will involve working closely with the Debt Collections team at NIRA.
Prefer if you have a prior fintech, BPO/ Call centre hiring experience.
Minimum: 3 years experience in mass hiring/non-tech recruitment.
What you'll do
You would be responsible to meet mass hiring demands for the Debt collections team.
This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Manage the complete employee life cycle while maintaining the culture within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
Post jobs and manage various recruitment platforms.
Maintain all the HR related activities and track records.
Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation and ensure end to end coordination with the Director Collections
