Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter cum Business Development Executive. The Recruiter cum Business Development Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
