Job Description
We’re growing our team in Bangalore and looking for motivated Recruiters with experience recruiting for non-IT/functional and/or Engineering roles. If your background is primarily in IT recruitment, this position might not be the right fit.

Experience Level: 1 to 5 years
Location: Bengaluru (currently remote with future on-site potential)
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST)
What You'll Do:
• Find Great Talent: Understand what our clients need and source candidates using job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn.
• Screen & Match: Review resumes, screen candidates, and present the best matches to clients.
• Build Talent Pools: Create and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and support smooth offer closures.
• Keep Things Organized: Use JobDiva (our ATS) to track all recruitment activities.
What You Bring:
• Recruitment Experience: 1-5 years in US staffing. Experience working for MSP clients is required.
• Passion for Hiring: You love recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various tools and platforms.
• Proactive Approach: You don’t just wait for roles to come your way—you stay ahead of the curve.
• LinkedIn Skills: Confident using LinkedIn to find and engage top talent.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
