Job Summary:
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join one of Amazon's highest-growth recruiting teams, focused on attracting senior-level professionals across engineering, safety, and operations throughout North America. As a member of this high-velocity team, you will work directly with hiring managers and executives to understand their unique staffing needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through final placement. This role provides exposure to critical operational functions including engineering, mechanics, delivery pilots, and senior operations management, allowing you to make a direct impact on Amazon's frontline operations. You will be responsible for both internal and external recruitment efforts, partnering with regional operations managers and tenured Amazonians to identify and secure top talent for some of the most strategic roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level professionals in engineering, safety, supply chain operations, mechanics, and delivery operations
Partner directly with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels for both internal and external opportunities
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and evaluations to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, safety, supply team operations, mechanics, delivery pilots, operations managers, and senior operations managers
Maintain productivity metrics and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Drive recruitment initiatives that support rapid organizational growth throughout North America
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional operations managers and key stakeholders

Minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience
Previous experience with staffing agencies is strongly preferred
Demonstrated history of stability with previous employers, having worked at least 2 years with each organization
Agency recruiting experience of 3 or more years

Bachelor's degree

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Duration: 11 months
Pay Range*: $41-$50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
