Job Description
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 month to 6 months of Internship/Full-Time experience in the same profile
• Location: Work from home
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Duration: 3 Months
• Compensation: 5k to 13k (Depending on Experience and Interview Feedbacks)
• Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds (Telephonic and Video Interviews)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates via Naukri.com and LinkedIn, conducting telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate recruiting processes and maintain detailed records.
• Process applicants through screening funnels.
• Report recruiting activities timely.
• Contact HRs from various companies to acquire new clients.
• Upload job requirements on social platforms and maintain proper records.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and seek feedback for process improvement.
• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
• Use the internal dashboard effectively and drive initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduation from any stream is mandatory.
• Prior experience in HR internship.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset
