We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Recruiter Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
Conducting initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
Updating and maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Assisting in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
