Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill open positions, including conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, source potential candidates from various channels, and attract top talent to the organization.

Qualifications
• Recruiting and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with recruitment tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the BPO industry preferred
• Professional certification in HR or related field is a plus
