Job Summary:
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting high-quality candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, as well as your keen eye for identifying top talent, will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
2. Develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications in partnership with clients.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
4. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
5. Conduct thorough interviews, both in person and remotely, to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
6. Perform reference checks and background screenings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed assessments and recommendations.
8. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, managing all logistics and communication.

10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals to establish a robust network for future hiring needs.
11. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or executive search firm.
3. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
8. Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
