Responsibilities:Requirement
1. Coordination with Placement Agencies
Serve as the primary contact for external recruitment/placement agencies.Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

4. Interview Panel Coordination Schedule candidate interviews with internal hiring managers and interview panel. Share candidate details, screening notes, and interview schedules. Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback. Communicate updates to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
5. Recruitment Administration Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports. Ensure proper documentation of candidates at each stage of the hiring process. Assist in offer discussions, onboarding coordination, and documentation when required.
