We are growing like crazy and are looking for Recruiters to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients. Some of our Recruiters focus on IT/Engineering/Business Professional type roles and some focus on High-Volume Call Center or Light Industrial opportunities.
Your responsibilities include evaluating applications from a variety of channels and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different skill sets and seniority levels.
Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g., via LinkedIn)
Network with candidates offline during job fairs
Screen resumes and job applications
Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
Update account managers on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates and any potential challenges)
Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities and maintain good relationships with the
Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency organization.
Ability to manage the first hiring stages (understanding job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
Proven track record meeting individual KPIs and metrics
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems as well as other tools that increase productivity and efficiency
Detail-oriented
Exceptional organizational, time management skills and high-level of multi-tasking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
