We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands-on experience in handling both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure strong alignment with client or internal requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Proven experience in headhunting and working with multiple sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
