Roles and Responsibilities
Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage bulk hiring campaigns by coordinating schedules with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or sales hiring.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
