We are looking for an Recruiter /Filed Recruiter& Supervisor. ( Manufacturing/ Staffing industry Background)Recruitment/ Documentation /Supervising.
We exclusively deploy labor to the automotive industry in order to provide services.
For this, we are searching for an experienced workforce Sourcing Supervisor who can assist different firms with their workforce requirements.
Excellent understanding of this subject of manpower supply is must.
Role & responsibilities
Will be Responsible to Source Candidate as per the Requirement & will manage the End to End Recruitment Manufacturing Industry
HR Field Recruiter who are responsible for planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, mass open houses, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, college activity, etc.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
Requirements Experience in field recruitment & In house recruitment-(Manufacturing Industry) Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals.
Ability to work on own initiative. Should have strong sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring. Convincing skill, people management. Maintaining data base. Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge. Should be able to communicate in the local language.
Mass recruitment; Blue-collar hiring. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in recruitment, particularly in hiring blue-collar workers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, Must be able to converse in the Tamil language .

• Knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering industry, including job roles, skill requirements, and industry-specific recruitment practices
• Strong understanding of the blue-collar workforce and their specific needs and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with job candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple recruitment processes
• Knowledge of relevant recruitment laws and regulations
