Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for various roles across different industries. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping companies find the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, mainly sourcing candidates.
- Collaborate with Internal Team & Clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Source, Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and present top talent to the Internal Team & clients.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a Recruitment Agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
