> Candidates must be having at least 01 years of recruitment experience (1 year - 4 years) with any BPO/Consultancy/Staffing Company.
> Job Profile will be hybrid
> BPO Hiring experience will be preferred.
> Knowledge of Job Portals is must.
> Must have knowledge of End to End recruitment cycle.
The focus areas are:-
> Executive Search and Selection.
> Mass Hiring/Campus hiring/Bulk hiring/BPO hiring.
Job Responsibilities:-
> Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO/Bulk hiring/Campus hiring/On-Campus/Off-campus hiring.
> Proficient in Using job Portals.
> Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
> Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
> Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
> Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
> Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
> Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
