Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter (HR) located in Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process(mainly for live call support role), including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. MUST have experience in AI TOOLS( HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout.) or similar.

(for Daily tasks like Use AI tools for resume screening, skill assessments, and communication testing.include developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates

Experience in new age AI tools for (HR)recruiters like (HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout or similar)

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in the HR or recruiting industry is a plus,
