Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Global Business Center is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to develop and support GBC sales, pre-sales and sales support function enablement programs and related training curriculum. Sales Enablement drives GBC productivity and facilitates on-boarding of new resources. We are specifically seeking a Sales Enablement leader who would have a small team of 5-10 people. The position shall be responsible for assessing requirements, developing strategy/plans , creating programs, and running the entire Sales enablement program
What You Will Learn And Contribute To
As part of our team, you will:
• Define, develop and execute overall Sales Enablement program including on-boarding for new GBC hires.
• Collaborate with CNS Marketing, BUs and Services to develop and run CNS solutions training programs for the different GBC sales, presales and sales support functions, to cover high-level solutions and services presentations, new product introduction and ability to handle customer demos.
• Establish role-specific subject matter expert training programs to improve GBC level of expertise.
• Maintain and evolve programs to support updates in go-to-market initiatives (process, comp models/coverage, solution knowledge, sales operations and tools).
• Actively identify and solve process improvements around sharing best practices and collaterals across markets and domains (e.g. demos, campaign material, account planning, etc.).
• Collaborate with NOKIA CX CaDe and EDU to ensure GBC is included in broader NOKIA training initiatives (soft skills, mandatory training, NOKIA portfolio, processes and tools, etc.).
• Contribute to on-site and remote training of GBC resources.
• Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA CNS processes.
• Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
• Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
You Have
Your skills and experience
• At least 10+ years of proven success in a Sales Enablement or other sales support function, preferably in communication software domain
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of sales and sales support functions, with focus on pipeline management, opportunity management and forecasting, SELL process, skills and training needs.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Continuous drive to optimize every process until the optimal solution is found
• Understanding of change management principals and implementation
• Experience working training curriculum and overseeing training events
• Experience in aligning and influencing cross functional teams
• Cultural awareness / global workforce experience
• Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
• General understanding of Nokia Software or equivalent software solutions (e.g. Cloud, OSS/BSS, IoT, etc.)

• United States Salary Range: $123,585 - $22+,515 USD plus eligibility for incentive/variable pay.
