Job Description
What You'll Do:

Coordinating recruitment activities across multiple sites
Posting job ads and managing candidate applications
Scheduling interviews, medicals, inductions and onboarding tasks
Maintaining candidate records and onboarding documentation
Supporting recruiters with reporting, reference checks and general admin
What You Bring:

Proven experience in Recruitment or high-volume administration
Previous experience in mining, construction, or resources sector
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Valid Drivers Licence
National Police Clearance
