About The Role
AssetOn are actively looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the business and assist with the candidate management and administrative functions in our Mackay office.
This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to be work from home two days per week as well as be based in the Mackay office.
The Recruitment Administrator is a key position within our small, close-knit team and will centre on building strong relationships and fostering brand loyalty among the resource team.
What You’ll Do
Candidate sourcing by leveraging seek talent boards, social media platforms, seek and website applications and other channels to source qualified candidates for white-collar roles.
Screening CV’s, reviewing and shortlisting candidates and identifying candidates who align with specific job criteria.
Assist the Administration Manager with mobilisation tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding and pre-employment checks are completed on time
Create and maintain recruitment reports that track sourcing efforts, pipeline progress and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Ensure a high level of candidate care and satisfaction through proactive support and excellent communication
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A strong background in administration and/or customer service, preferably within recruitment
Exceptional communication skills. You find building strong relationships with candidates, customers and team members is second nature!
A proactive nature with a strong ability to use your initiative when it comes to work
Exceptional attention to detail
A willingness to help others and work effectively as a team to complete tasks
Experience with MS Office suite - outlook, excel, word
