Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our Human Resources team in sourcing and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to the talent acquisition process by handling various administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening: Review and filter resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
Job Posting: Create and post job listings on various platforms to attract a broad range of applicants.
Database Management: Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks to verify candidates' qualifications and experiences.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics such as applicant tracking, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR support roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
