We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Executive to
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles within
the organization.
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media
platforms.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews and review resumes to identify
suitable candidates.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
into the company.
Employee Relations: Maintain positive relationships with candidates and new hires
throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of
recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer
branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
